1. Who we are and what these terms cover
LobbyLab lets you make multiplayer games by describing them in plain words, and play them with friends on the web and in the LobbyLab apps. LobbyLab is operated by CardGrader LLC ("CardGrader LLC", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CardGrader LLC. They cover the LobbyLab website at lobbylab.gg, the LobbyLab apps for iOS and Android, the games people make and play on LobbyLab, the LobbyLab Multiplayer API and developer tools, and every other LobbyLab product or feature that links to these Terms (together, the "Service").
These documents are part of these Terms:
- the Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it;
- the Community Guidelines, which say what games and behavior are allowed;
- the Child Safety Standards; and
- the Copyright and IP Policy.
By creating an account, joining a game, building a game or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use LobbyLab
- Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. LobbyLab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close it and delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Teens. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use LobbyLab only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchases.
- Age-based settings. Some features work differently for younger players. For example, players under 16 get stricter friend request and invite settings, and games rated above a player's age are not shown to them. We ask for your age when you create an account and use it only for these purposes.
- Other limits. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you, or if we have previously banned you from LobbyLab.
3. Your account
- Signing in. You can play some games on the web as a guest. To make games, add friends, send invites or buy anything, you need an account. You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time code we send to your email address, where each option is offered.
- Accurate information. Give accurate information, including your age, and keep it up to date.
- Security. Keep your devices, your Apple or Google account and your email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away through the Help and support page if you think someone else is using it.
- Your name and handle. Your display name, handle and avatar are visible to other players. They must follow the Community Guidelines. We may reset a name or reclaim a handle that breaks them, impersonates someone, or infringes someone else's rights. You can change your handle once every 30 days.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell, rent or transfer your account, and do not create accounts to get around limits, promotions or enforcement.
- Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You, then Settings, then Delete account). If you cannot open the app, see Delete your account. Deletion is scheduled for 7 days later, so you can change your mind by signing in before then. After that your account and its data are permanently deleted, except for what our Privacy Policy says we keep. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play (see section 10).
4. The Service
- What LobbyLab does. You describe a game. LobbyLab uses AI to build a playable multiplayer game from your description, and you can then change it, play it, share it and invite friends. Players join rooms from a link, a room code or an in-app invite, on phones and computers. AI players can fill empty seats. Accounts add friends, invites, presence (who is online and in which game) and notifications.
- Changes to the Service. LobbyLab is new and changes often. We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time. Features marked preview, beta or alpha are experimental and may change or stop working.
- Availability. We work to keep LobbyLab running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may pause the Service for maintenance or to protect players and our systems.
- Limits. We may set reasonable limits, such as how many games can be built in a day, how many rooms can run at once, or how many players a room can hold. Playing games is free, and we do not limit play by plan.
5. Your content and your games
What counts as your content. "Your Content" means what you give the Service: the descriptions and instructions you type to build or change a game ("prompts"), game titles and descriptions, your name and handle, reports, feedback and support messages. "Your Games" means the games the Service builds from your prompts, including every version and change.
What you own.
- You own your prompts and the other content you create and submit.
- To the extent we have any rights in the AI-generated parts of Your Games, we assign those rights to you, subject to the license you give us below and to our rights in the LobbyLab platform. AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country, and the Service may produce similar games for other people. We do not promise that Your Games are unique or that anyone else is prevented from making something similar.
- LobbyLab itself stays ours. The platform, the game runtime and toolkit that every game runs on, our templates, examples, starter ideas, software development kits, designs, logos and the LobbyLab name belong to CardGrader LLC or its licensors. Your Games include parts of our runtime so they can run on LobbyLab. You may use those parts only as part of your game on the Service, unless a separate license says otherwise.
The license you give us. So we can run LobbyLab, you give CardGrader LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license, with the right to sublicense to our service providers and to other players as needed to operate the Service, to host, store, copy, run, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, adapt and create derivative works of Your Content and Your Games in order to:
- build, check, fix and publish your games, including safety repairs, bug fixes, screenshots and thumbnails, and format changes so a game works on different screens and devices;
- let other people find, open, play, share and rate your published games, and make their own versions of public games where LobbyLab offers that; and
- show and promote LobbyLab and your published games, for example by featuring a game on the Play page, on social media, in app store listings or in examples, together with your handle as its creator.
This license lasts while Your Content is on the Service, and for a reasonable time afterwards to remove it from backups and caches. It continues for public games you choose to keep playable when you delete your account (they stay without your name, as the deletion screen explains), and for promotional material we made before you removed a game.
Games are public by default. When one of your games is published, it is public by default. Anyone can find it on LobbyLab, open its page, play it, share it and rate it, and your handle may be shown as its creator. Where the app offers it, you can change who can see a game. New games are checked before they are listed publicly, and a game with an age rating above a player's age is not shown to that player.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for Your Content. You promise that you have the rights needed to submit it and to give us the license above, and that it follows these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Do not put personal information about yourself or anyone else in a prompt or a game.
How we use content to run and improve LobbyLab. We use prompts, games, build records and feedback to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service, for example to fix failed builds, improve our builder instructions, examples and safety checks, and understand which features people use. We do not sell Your Content. Our Privacy Policy explains which service providers process it.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. AI-generated games and other output
- LobbyLab uses artificial intelligence to build and change games and to check content. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, buggy, unexpected or similar to other content. A build may not match your description, and it may fail.
- Try your games before you share them. You are responsible for what you choose to publish and share.
- Do not rely on AI output for anything important outside of play, such as medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
- Our automated checks can make mistakes too. If you think a decision about your content was wrong, you can appeal (section 8).
- When a build fails or you cancel it, the credits held for it are returned (section 9).
7. Rules for using LobbyLab
LobbyLab has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and people who post it or abuse others lose access to the Service. The Community Guidelines explain the rules in detail. In short, you must not use the Service to create, share or do any of the following:
- sexual content or nudity, or anything that sexualizes or exploits minors (which we report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement);
- hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are;
- harassment, bullying, threats, or content that targets a real private person;
- content that promotes self-harm, real-world violence, terrorism or dangerous acts;
- scams, phishing, fake login or payment screens, or anything that tries to collect passwords, payment details or other personal information from players;
- real-money gambling, prizes of real value, or fake purchase buttons, prices or ads made to look real;
- impersonation of any person, company, LobbyLab or our staff;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- anything illegal, or content that promotes illegal activity.
You also must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or scripts to disrupt games, rooms or other players;
- manipulate ratings, plays, rankings, referrals or credits, or create multiple accounts to farm free credits;
- send spam, or unwanted invites or friend requests in bulk;
- try to get the game builder to act outside its job, for example by asking it to ignore its rules, read files, contact other websites or reveal its instructions;
- probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities, break or bypass its security, sandboxes, rate limits or other limits, or access data or accounts that are not yours (if you find a security issue, please tell us through the Help and support page);
- disrupt or overload the Service, or collect data from it by automated means except through the interfaces we offer for that;
- copy, sell, resell or rent the Service or its output as your own service, or use it to build a competing product or data set, except as these Terms or a separate agreement allow;
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law or anyone else's rights.
Games can include fictional violence, horror, competition and friendly trash talk as part of play. Those themes are welcome and only affect a game's age rating, as the Community Guidelines explain.
8. Moderation, reports and enforcement
How we moderate. We use a mix of automated checks and people:
- prompts are checked with AI before a build starts, and you get plain reasons and a suggested rewrite when something needs to change;
- new games are reviewed before they are listed publicly, and each gets an age rating;
- names and handles are checked when they are set;
- players can report games and other players, and every report is looked at; and
- our team reviews appeals, reports involving minors, and anything automated checks are unsure about.
We are not required to review everything before it appears on the Service, but we may review, rate, restrict or remove any content, and we may investigate any use of the Service, at any time.
Reports and blocking. You can report a game or a player where the app offers it, or through the Help and support page. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours, and faster for the most serious ones. You can block another player at any time; the Community Guidelines explain what blocking does.
What we may do. Depending on what happened, we may: change a game's age rating; ask for changes; hide or remove a game, a name or other content; reset a name or handle; limit features such as building, publishing, friend requests or invites; record a strike; suspend or permanently ban an account and the people behind it; remove credits obtained through abuse or fraud; and report conduct to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. For serious violations, such as anything that sexualizes minors, threats, or scams, we act immediately and without warning.
Appeals. If you think we made a mistake, write to us through the Help and support page within 30 days of the decision. A person on our team will review it and tell you the outcome.
9. Credits
- What credits are. Building a new game or changing a game uses credits. Every action shows how many credits it costs before you start, and the price does not change once a build has started.
- Failed builds are free. If a build fails, or you cancel it before it finishes, every credit held for it is returned to you automatically.
- Kinds of credits. You may get credits in different ways:
- Plan credits come with a subscription plan. They refresh at the start of each billing month. Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance, while your subscription stays active. Annual plans give their credits in monthly amounts.
- Purchased credits come from credit packs. They never expire while your account exists.
- Promotional credits, such as welcome credits for new accounts or credits for inviting a friend who joins and plays, may expire; the app shows when. Welcome credits are given once per person and device, invite credits have a monthly limit, and we may withdraw promotional credits obtained through abuse.
- Which credits are used first. Plan credits are used first, then promotional credits, then purchased credits.
- No cash value. Credits are a limited, personal license to use features of the Service. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside LobbyLab, and are not your property. Except where the law or an app store's refund policy requires it, credits are not refundable.
- Account deletion. Credits of every kind end when your account is deleted.
10. Plans, purchases, renewals and refunds
- Free to play. Playing games, having an account and playing your friends' games are free. Some features, such as building more games or using Pro quality, need credits or a paid plan.
- Where you buy. Plans and credit packs are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple or Google processes your payment and charges the payment method on your store account. Their terms and policies also apply to your purchase. We receive a confirmation of the purchase from them and from our purchase processing provider, but never your card details. If we offer purchases on the web in the future, the terms shown at checkout will also apply.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price then in effect, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your store account: on iPhone or iPad in Settings, your name, Subscriptions (or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions), and on Android in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions (or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). When you cancel, your plan and its credits last until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan. Rolled over credits end with the plan. Deleting the app or your LobbyLab account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds. Because Apple and Google process payments, they also handle refunds, under their own policies. To ask for one, use reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases or the Google Play refund page for Google Play purchases. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the credits or plan benefits it paid for.
- Price changes. We may change prices and what plans include. For subscriptions, price changes take effect at your next renewal after notice given through the App Store or Google Play, and where the store or the law requires your consent, only if you agree. The price of a credit pack is the one shown when you buy it.
- Taxes. Prices shown by the store include or add taxes as the store determines.
- Your games are never deleted for not paying. If your plan ends or you stop paying, your games stay yours. They stay playable and shareable on every plan, including the free one.
11. Playing with others
- Rooms and links. Anyone who has a room's link or code may be able to join it, depending on the room's settings. Share room links only with people you want to play with. A room's host can remove players.
- What others see. Other players in a room see your display name or the name you chose as a guest, your avatar, and what you do in the game. Friends may see when you are online and which game you are in, as your settings allow.
- No open chat. LobbyLab does not offer free text chat or private messages between players, and games may not collect personal information from players.
- AI players. Some seats may be played by AI players. They are shown as AI players.
- Players on other apps. People can play together across the website and the apps, and in the future through games that use the Multiplayer API. The same rules apply to everyone.
- Other people's behavior. We are not responsible for what other players do, say or build, but we act on reports (section 8). You can block any player.
12. Notifications and messages from us
- Push notifications. If you allow notifications on your device, we send the ones you choose in Settings, such as a friend's invite or "your game is ready". You can turn them off in the app or in your device settings.
- Email. We send email that is needed to run your account, such as sign-in codes and account deletion notices. We do not send marketing email without your consent where the law requires it.
- In the app. We may show notices about your account, your games and the Service in the app and on the website.
13. Other companies' services
The Service works with services from other companies, such as Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, the App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Service may link to other websites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Intellectual property
- Our rights. LobbyLab, the LobbyLab name and logo, and the Service (other than Your Content and other players' content) belong to CardGrader LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the rights these Terms give you, we keep all rights.
- Your license to use LobbyLab. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and to play games on it for your own non-commercial use. You may share links to games and rooms, and you may share screenshots and videos of your own games and of your play.
- Other people's rights. Respect other people's intellectual property. Games should be original. When a prompt names a known game, film or character, LobbyLab makes an original game inspired by it, and we may rename or change a game that uses someone else's names, characters or logos.
- Copyright complaints. If you believe content on LobbyLab infringes your copyright or other rights, follow our Copyright and IP Policy. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Multiplayer API and developer tools
The LobbyLab Multiplayer API, its software development kits (such as the LobbyLab client and server libraries), the LobbyLab command line tool, the MCP server and the developer documentation (together, the "Developer Tools") let developers add LobbyLab rooms, invite codes, matchmaking and shared game state to games they host themselves. The Developer Tools are in a private alpha and are open by invitation. If you use them, this section applies in addition to the rest of these Terms:
- Keys. Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your keys, and we may limit, rotate or revoke keys to protect the Service.
- Your game and your players. You are responsible for your game, its content and how it treats your players, including giving them any privacy notice, terms and consents the law requires, and following the laws that apply to children's data. Games that use the Developer Tools must follow section 7 and the Community Guidelines.
- Data you send. We process the data your game sends through the Developer Tools (such as player ids you assign, room state and game messages) to provide the rooms and matchmaking you ask for. Do not send sensitive information such as passwords, payment details, health information or precise location. We use operational data, such as usage counts and error logs, to run, secure and improve the Developer Tools.
- Limits and fees. Usage and rate limits apply. The alpha is free unless we tell you otherwise. We will announce any fees before we charge them, and paid use will be subject to the pricing we publish then.
- Alpha terms. During the alpha, the Developer Tools may change in ways that are not backwards compatible, may be unavailable, and come without any service-level commitment. We may end the alpha or your access to it.
- Open source packages. Where a package of the Developer Tools comes with its own open-source license, that license governs your use of that package's code.
- Not allowed. Do not use the Developer Tools to exceed their limits, to resell rooms or access as your own multiplayer service without our written permission, or to build a competing service by copying ours.
- Additional terms. We may show additional developer terms when you get a key or choose a paid plan. If they conflict with this section, the additional terms apply to your use of the Developer Tools.
16. Ending your use of LobbyLab
- You can stop using LobbyLab at any time, and you can delete your account as described in section 3.
- We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if we must do so to comply with the law, or if your use creates risk or harm for other players, for us or for others.
- If we stop offering LobbyLab, we will give you at least 30 days' notice where we reasonably can, and a way to get a copy of your data, and we will provide any refund the law requires.
- What happens next. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ends. We handle your data as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 5 (the licenses for public games you chose to keep and for promotional material), 6, 9 (no cash value), 14 and 17 to 24 continue to apply.
17. Disclaimers
The Service, the games on it, and all AI output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, CardGrader LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and quiet enjoyment, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, that builds will succeed, or that content will be available.
Some places do not allow some of these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited by contract.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CardGrader LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told they were possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
These limits apply whatever the legal theory, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that applies.
19. Indemnity
If you use the Service for anything other than personal use, including through the Developer Tools, or where the law otherwise allows it, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless CardGrader LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your games, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law. We will tell you about the claim and may take part in the defense with our own counsel.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act for section 21. For any claim that is not subject to arbitration, you and CardGrader LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
21. Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.
Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly. Before starting an arbitration or a court case, you agree to send us a written notice describing the dispute and what you want, through the Help and support page or by email to [email protected], and we will send any notice to the email address on your account. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days after the notice arrives. Time limits for bringing a claim are paused during those 60 days.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and CardGrader LLC agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including whether this section applies, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at adr.org. One arbitrator decides. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, and must follow these Terms.
- Where and how. Arbitration may be held by video or phone, or on the documents alone if the claim is under US$10,000 and you choose that. If an in person hearing is needed, it will take place in the county where you live, unless we agree otherwise.
- Fees. Fees are paid as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules provide, which limit what a consumer pays.
- Many similar claims. If 25 or more similar demands are filed against CardGrader LLC by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA's rules for mass arbitrations apply, and the demands may be administered in batches.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court for an order to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
No class actions and no jury. You and CardGrader LLC may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. You and CardGrader LLC both give up the right to a jury trial. If the class action waiver in this paragraph is found to be unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be decided by a court, not in arbitration, and only after any individual arbitration of the other claims.
You can opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. To do so, send us a message through the Help and support page (choose "Privacy or legal") or by email to [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration opt out", including your name, the email address or handle on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Changes to this section. If we change this section, the change will not apply to a dispute we already knew about, and you may reject it by writing to us within 30 days of the change, in which case the previous version of this section keeps applying to you.
This section does not apply to you if you live in a country where the law does not allow it, such as a consumer living in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will tell you before it takes effect, by a notice in the app or on the website or by email, and we will update the date at the top. Unless a change is needed sooner for legal or safety reasons, material changes take effect at least 14 days after we give notice. The app may ask you to accept the new Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and delete your account. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
23. App store terms
If you downloaded LobbyLab from Apple's App Store
These terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms, and they win if the two conflict for the iOS app:
- These Terms are between you and CardGrader LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). CardGrader LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the LobbyLab app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where the app supports it.
- CardGrader LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app, as described in these Terms or as required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- CardGrader LLC is responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, of the app to you. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by any failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of CardGrader LLC.
- CardGrader LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, CardGrader LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to CardGrader LLC through the Help and support page or by email to [email protected].
- You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If you downloaded LobbyLab from Google Play
These Terms are between you and CardGrader LLC only, not with Google. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google's payment and refund policies apply to them.
24. General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms, with the documents they include, are the entire agreement between you and CardGrader LLC about the Service, and replace any earlier agreements about it.
- Severability. If a court or arbitrator finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be changed as little as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them, for example to a company we set up to run LobbyLab, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and we will tell you if that changes who operates LobbyLab.
- Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices. We may send you notices in the app, on the website or by email. You can send notices to us as section 25 describes.
- Export and sanctions. You must comply with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to you.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version governs where the law allows.
25. Contact us
The Service is operated by CardGrader LLC. The fastest way to reach us is the form on the Help and support page, which is also in the app under You, Help and feedback. You can also email [email protected].
